Musical Theatre combines songs, acting and dance. The story and emotional content of a musical are communicated through the words, music, movement and technical aspects of the entertainment as an integrated whole.
Chantry's Musical Theatre Programme includes training in the 3 separate elements of Musical Theatre - Dance, Singing and Acting - and also includes work that brings all three elements together.

Our students are taught by specialists in each subject. All of our teachers are West End and International performers and choreographers, with a wealth of experience in musical theatre. Teachers include Rae Piper, Gail Gordon and Rodrigo A. Carter who, between them, have worked on Olivier-nominated productions, taught Oscar and Olivier Award winners and performed on the UK's greatest West End stages.
Our students also enjoy occasional guest tutors to deliver special workshops, also drawn from the professional industry.
